Growers wishing to apply for membership are required to complete an application available on request or by download. Completed and signed application forms can be submitted by fax or mail. For further information, contact OFG grower services or email us at growers@ontarioflowers.com .

Information required for membership includes;

• Complete business contact information
• Trade references
• G.S.T. Registration number
• Crop information

All applications need Board of Director approval.

Approved applicants are subject to a 2 year probationary period before consideration as a full member with voting privileges and share in any patronage rebate or commission refunds. All members must abide by the rules and regulations of the Co-Operative.

1. A deposit of $5,000 into the grower�s equity account is required for acceptance to probationary member status and will be held by the Co-Operative.
1. An additional 3% of sales will increase the equity account to a maximum level. All equity in the Co-Operative is returned to the grower upon retirement of membership.
2. All sales of grower products are subject to a sales commission. Grower buy backs will be assessed handling charges.
1. Members are obligated to contribute a minimum amount of product annually.
